Each Berry Lucky Scoop is created to order. Orders may also be filmed for content, which means processing can take longer than standard ready-to-ship products.

Estimated processing and delivery time may range from 3 business days up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume, filming schedule, inventory availability, packaging needs, and shipping carrier transit times.

Some orders may ship sooner, but please allow enough time for your order to be scooped, packed, filmed when applicable, and prepared properly.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Berry Lucky Scoops is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, weather delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
